planned.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This objective is in line with the <strong>PCTI Euskadi 2020<\/strong> and with the conclusions drawn from the latest editions of the RIS (Regional Innovation Scoreboard), showing that, although the Basque Country is still one of the regions with high levels of innovation, there is still significant room for improvement in innovation indicators, especially
