HRE Hidraulic, is immensely proud to present our new energy saving systems for aluminium injection moulding machines from 500 Tn to 3200 Tn<\/strong>. After carefully studying the machine, an application allows us to achieve savings of between 35% to 45% of the hydraulic unit electric motors\u2019 total energy consumption.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This new development is based on applying inverters developed specifically for injection moulding machines, the corresponding hydraulic changes in the drive pumps, and the pressure and flow control electronics in closed and open-loop, respectively.<\/p>\n

Of course, this is all without affecting the quality of the product at all, and very significantly, by changing the moulds (part change) and, therefore, partly modifying the injection process, this saving is not affected, and the system control programme does not have to be modified.<\/p>\n

At HRE Hidraulic, we take care of the entire project engineering from the beginning to the final commissioning. We give the customer the option to choose whether they want to take over part of the project or if they prefer us to manage it all. Still, in either case, we always ensure the level of savings offered. We are responsible for the success of each application.<\/p>\n
