HRE at the 4.0 HPDC Structural Parts International Forum
HRE Hidraulic attends the exciting conference organised by TECNALIA as a partner of aluminium and magnesium injection moulding machine manufacturers and users.
This conference, organised by TECNALIA, that HRE Hidraulic has attended as a partner of aluminium and magnesium injection moulding machine manufacturers and users, has brought together die casting companies and technology and raw material suppliers in the value chain to develop the design, implementation and use of structural parts produced by die casting.
Solutions for companies interested in learning about the various improvements that this technology can give their products, such as making parts lighter, were also presented.
The following topics were successfully addressed during the day:
- Design, implementation, and validation of high-pressure structural castings.
- Improvements in the injection moulding process (Industry 4.0, sensor technology, vacuum, moulds, integral injection control).
- Advanced materials, new alloys, new release agents.
Advanced simulation of moulds and structural parts produced by high-pressure injection moulding.
