There is a need to test packaging for goods in general and dangerous goods, in particular, to design packaging according to the market’s needs and prevent/minimise possible accidents.

Together with the client, we designed a comprehensive testing system, which incorporates a specific hydraulic unit and the necessary electronic components to control various movements in 3 hydrostatic cylinders with a frequency of up to 200 Hz and an amplitude of up to +/-150 mm. (not in the same type of test). All this with a maximum load of 750 kg.

Capacity to test under real conditions all types of structures for component packaging and prepare a log of the results. Option of exactly repeating the tests conducted.
